Description

I feel like I'm not in the best shape and there's nothing better to strengthen the lungs than a smoking challenge. I inhale the smoke and hold it in my lungs for over a minute and a half, and when I finally exhale very little smoke comes out of my mouth because most of the smoke has been absorbed by my lungs. Then while I'm still very breathless I immediately take another inhale of smoke and try to beat my record. This will definitely strengthen my lungs!
