I raise my arms up many times, leaning my back on the chair. The bottom of the blouse slip off from my jeans showing and hiding my belly button. I put the bottom always inside my jeans when it happens!
I stand up to do some stretching poses. I lean my back on the wall raising my arms up as much as I can meanwhile I tip toe my arched feet (up and down repeatedly). The bottom of my blouse slip off again and I put it inside my jeans always!
