I'm doing a little measurement of my neck. I have a meter and I wrapped it around my neck that you can see what is its scope and length then before I throw my head back. I then repeated this measurement with my head tilted back and stretched neck. I compared these two measures and you can see how many centimeters my neck got by stretching. After that you can enjoy the view of my tilted neck from several angles.
