I do a very intense workout at my home for 25 minutes while wearing very tight long-sleeve shirt and tight jeans. It was a sweaty workout!
After that I take off the shirt and posing in sports bra. I do some muscle poses for 5 minutes. In addition to bicep poses and some muscle control I do the lat spread pose and three poses where I use the other arm as pressure (side triceps, side pose, rear bicep).
No monologue, only heavy breathing and moaning.
