I have been unjustly convicted of making ‘immoral and seditious’ posts on social media and sentenced to a month with my hands tightly and uncomfortably taped in a folded-over position to prevent use of my fingers. As a shy and law-abiding woman I meekly accept my punishment, and try to get on with a normal life at home with taped hands.

U see me as I am already a week into the sentence, used to wearing the tape, so I don’t acknowledge it, but just act normally doing everyday things.

polishing the floor. on my knees with a polishing cloth. I am very thorough and careful

trying to read a magazine, drink a glass of water. becoming distracted by my taped hands, touching my face, lips gently, feeling the strange sensation of taped skin, and the helplessness of my confined fingers. this has a slightly ASMR mood, I am almost enjoying the feel of my taped hands
