I live on the sixth floor and yesterday when I got home from work the elevator didn't work so I had to take the stairs. As someone who is a heavy smoker this has given me a whole new insight into my health. My heart was pounding like crazy and I couldn't catch my breath and I thought there would be my end here on the stairs, and at the same time, I was craving a cigarette. I have to admit that I am very ashamed that someone as young as I am has such a major health problem and all thanks to these little cancer sticks without which I cannot to start imagining my life...
