My friend challenged me to try not to smoke for 24 hours. I was hesitant at first but he hit me in the thin wires and I decided to give it a try.
I have been a heavy smoker for many years and since I started smoking I have never tried to quit. I knew it is going to be hard, but I couldn’t expect it to be so hard! Spoiler Alert - I Failed This Challenge! And I failed it big time!
