I tell Alexa that I want to be pushed like I've never been pushed before. The best way to do this is by having a "Final Experiment" and the only way to explain to Alexa how to push is by showing her.
I tell her to get on the floor and the pushing begins.
The first 30 seconds I take my open hand and deeply press in and flatten her belly cavity. For the next 3.5 minutes I push my fist in her belly and leave it in.
