Alexa put me in two camel clutches designed to test and show my flexibility; slow, controlled, good form, getting me to the farthest point I am able to go without needing to submit and holding me there for some time. The camera is positioned to capture the full bend. The first is a normal camel clutch, and the second a full nelson camel clutch for a more thorough stretch.
