The punches are a sequence of quick punches (I punch Alex's sucked-in belly 7 times within 3 seconds) or just one punch by another normally.

The navel is deep dig with the fingertip of the index finger.

We make sure to keep the belly vacuum nicely during each punch. In other words, we do not use our abdominal muscles to protect our belly against the punch.
