You and Alanna are on a date and you start picking on her for smoking cigarettes because she's coughing so badly. At first Alanna finds it amusing that you care about her health, but at some point it stops being amusing and she snaps her fingers and shrinks you down enough to breathe you in.
Now you're in her dirty black lungs and you're squirming around covered in tar. Your fumbling on her lungs tickles Alanna and she laughs and it makes her cough.
