I'm your boss, and after you again messed up the contract you were making, I invited you to my office for an interview. I'm angry because this isn't the first time you've made a mistake and as I think about what to do with you I tap my toes nervously. Regardless of what I say to you and how angry I am, you look at me like I'm saying something nice to you and that makes me even angrier. What I don't know is that you make mistakes on purpose so that I can call you into the office and yell at you because you like to watch me tapping my toes and heel.
