Here's my dish. I'll shake the yogurt and start. I need to use the dumbbell to reach the yogurt and lick it with my tongue! Considering my body, it won't be hard for me to do this exercise. I hope I understood it correctly and can do it easily! This isn't quite what I wanted, but now I need to light another cigarette.
