It's Halloween and young Karly Salinas has just returned home from trick-or-treating. Her candy bucket is full of all sorts of goodies. Excited to take inventory of all the yummy treats she got, Karly empties out her bucket of candy all over the table. She gets excited when she sees the gummy bears that the neighbor who was dressed like a witch gave her. That same lady had her house TP'd by some local brats and so she shrunk them and put them in the candy bowl she was giving out to trick-or-treaters.
