My ankle is getting better and better and I can now walk on it without much trouble! Let's raise the stakes and see if I can walk in my 4" platform pumps...now that my foot can actually squeeze into them!
Lots of mobility exercises both POV and static shots. Comparing swelling before and after exercise. As always, I take as much pain as I can manage before I tap out!
