My new core machine just arrived and I wanted to try some core exercises with you.

This new machine is amazing to workout the abs and besides I can use it different ways to work my core, today I am just going to do one way for you to see my performance.

And of course, since swag pants is a trend that I am doing the entire workout with the sweat pants below my ass cheeks :)
