Kayla is grabbed suddenly by the neck. She is lifted up onto the balls of her feet, her bare feet arch as she tries to keep her footing. As she gasps for air, she is raised even higher, off her tippy toes, her feet dangling above the floor. Her soles flex, wrinkle, and shudder as she struggles. Her eyes roll as the applies more pressure. And just as suddenly as it began it's over and she is dropped to the floor. Coughing and holding her neck, she looks around confused over what just happened.
