My ankle has been feeling a lot better, I can really walk on it hard in my heels now! OW! Whoops! I think that was a little too rough. I think I sprained it again! But this time something feels....it feels kinda good. Every time I bend and twist my ankle it gives me this rush. Pain and pleasure mixed together. OW! I can really hear things popping in there. Maybe if I take my other heel off and walk around...my ankle sure is bent at a strange angle. But it just feels so amazing.
