Kayla wakes up to find herself in a strange place, her hands zip-tied together. She struggles to break free before noticing a bag with a note. Inside she finds scissors to break free, and a change of clothes. She does up her hair and reads the note. It orders her to punch herself in the belly. She punches her belly until it's red and sore.

She spies a second bag. This one orders her to wrap the object that is in the bag around her throat and pull it tight. She struggles for air.
