I went to the doctor today. Even though I lost weight I am pre diabetic now. I am also insulin resistant and have PCOS. My friends and family are so disappointed in me. They knew this was going to happen to me since I have always been fat. They are totally disgusted with me. I am disgusted with myself too. I should have never bothered losing weight.
