Why have I not uploaded lately? I have fallen back into my bad habit of being lazy. I am even gaining weight again. I am sure soon my fat belly will be even more big and swollen. I can't believe I am doing this to myself again. I can't control myself when it comes to food. I just lay in bed all day snacking...

Honestly- I am completely disgusted with myself....
