My tummy was so full of gas after doing a gassy workout that I needed some relief. Burping it out works... sometimes. Why not give it a shot? I try to burp big long ones to relieve some of the gas bubbling up in my tummy. Long burps, muffled burps, loud burps and little burps rumble out of me as well as some stray farts. I gradually strip off my tight workout clothes to let the burps flow better and jiggle my belly in hopes of getting a really big burp to solve all of my gas issues. It's been a long day of gas.
