Sometimes I get gassy, like really gassy. And there's nothing I can do to stop all the burps and farts from bubbling out. I scrunch my face, clench my cheeks and rub my belly but nothing can keep in all of the gas once it gets going. The ginger only makes the burps worse and with the effort of the burps, out come more farts. I give up on holding it in after a bit and let it all out until I have to run off to the toilet to unleash my frustrations.
