I decided I needed to get rid of some of the fruit in my freezer. Bananas, cherries, raspberries, spinach, yogurt, peaches and some blueberries go in. I mixed it together in my blender and a nasty purplish drink resulted. I didn't get all the lumps out so I gulp, swallow, and chew the seeds. It's so bad I even spit some back in the cup while showing you the inside of my mouth. I myself to consume the entire glass, despite it's repulsive flavor.
