Ultra Girl has found the lair of the villain known as the Black Serpent, but when she arrives there's no one to be seen. The heroine searches around, looking behind things and in corners and doesn't realize the villain has snuck up behind her. The Black Serpent surprises Ultra Girl and gains the upper hand quickly using her mesmerizing powers to entrance the heroine and lull her under a spell.
