My dear lovely friend Cassidy informed me that she had never popped a balloon before! In fact- it kind of freaked her out! I just couldn't resist when she let me know. We got some large clear latex balloons full of sparkly rainbow confetti. I tease her ever so slightly while telling her all about the pleasures of a good balloon POP!
