I gave myself a little challenge- to see how quickly I could blow up fifteen balloons! I stretch and snap the black balloons, getting them ready to be full of air. Then I deeply inhale and blow up the balloon in two full breaths. I tie off the end and on to the next one! Something new to challenge myself :)
