She's wearing her big shiny black Ranger boots and is confidently telling the world about how she will get revenge for when she was to go barefoot and humiliate herself. As punishment she orders you to lick her rugged boot soles while she sits there. After a while she becomes thirsty and her enemy takes the opportunity to her.
