I've just been to the gym to do most of my workout today, but I still want to do some extra exercises to work on my abs and ass. I do crunches, planks and some glute bridges in this video while wearing a little black crop top and panties so you can see the effort I'm putting into each movement. You can watch my muscles move with each exercise and see that my arms and shoulders are still pumped up from my earlier workout too!
