I had a couple of people ask if any of my joints crack and the answer is that my thumbs and big toes often make extremely loud popping and clicking noises! I think my ability to spread my toes really widely helps with the clicking - I show it off when I've been walking around barefoot, and then again after wearing stilettos for a while. After that I steeple my fingers and then crack them one by one.
