I arrive at my studio to film after walking for ages through the hot sun and need plenty of water when I do. Between visiting the gym and walking in I'm parched and I know just how much you enjoy watching me swallow down huge gulps of water. I take off my shirt so you can see each enormous swallow of water as I chug it down.
