I've just had my breasts enlarged and they are so full and swollen that the skin is pulled tight across them. i still have them taped to give extra support to them, as they are very very new. My nipples especially need to be moisturised, and I let you watch while I tell you about how they feel and then carefully rub them with lotion. I love the feeling of lotioning my shiny tight breasts, and I know you love the look of them, so high and huge. They'll be soft and bouncy soon but for now I need to keep them soft and supple with lotion.
