I've been on my feet all day and it's a relief to sit down. I decide to give myself a foot massage, rubbing lotion into my tired toes and arches. I sit on the floor and give you an excellent view of my feet and my wrinkled soles as I rub lotion into them, digging my thumbs into the muscles and sighing with relief as I do.
