I've been going to the gym a lot and working on my upper body strength, doing over head presses and other weight lifting. But I still can't quite do a full press up. In this video I show you what a can do, 20 half press ups from my knees, shot from above so you get a view of my back as I do so. Hopefully I can post another video soon where I manage some full press ups too.
