I've prepared an enormous bowl of couscous and cheese to devour before I go out to have some beers with friends. I know I need to eat a lot of carbs and fats before I drink, otherwise the alcohol will hit me particularly hard. I eat until my stomach is full and bloated, and have to down the last few bites.
