I'm working hard to keep my body looking toned and tight, and one important part of that is making sure I work my core. I start by stripping off my tight black shirt so you can really see the stretch and the way my muscles move under my skin - I lie back and do as many crunches as I can. Then I alternate with some leg holds and planks to try and hit all of my abdominal muscles.
