I arrange my hands on a wooden table and stretch out my fingers one by one. I pop and click each in turn, stretching them and enjoying the flexibility in my hands. My nails are painted a lovely caramel colour and I tap them slowly and lightly against the table. I speed up my tapping and begin to tap the fingers of both hands together, synchronizing the taps before slowing them down again and stopping.
