This is a clip for all of the fans of my long and slender neck - I'm drinking a bottle of water in big swallows and also holding my throat with one hand to make it more difficult to swallow. I clamp my hand down tightly around the top of my neck and you can see the struggle in my face as I try to swallow down the water and it effort it takes me to succeed.
