My kitchen really needs a good clean. The crumbs and dust from cooking gets right into all the cracks and crevices in the kitchen floor and cabinets. I've found the best way to get them really clean is to get down on my knees and take the head of the vacuum cleaner, using just the tube to get right into the corners. I even stretch it down between the cupboards and the oven, so you can hear rattles of rice and other bits being picked up and sucked up the tube.
