Maybe it was the " exotic" meal my friend treated me to last night, but I woke up with a huge bellyache and the insuppressible urge to release it all! I rush to the bathroom and I sit flat on the toilet moaning and complaining... Hear the sounds of my belly emptying,I finally feel much better and I am ready to start the day!!!
