I don't know if I have so much saliva in my mouth but I am able to produce slime when I brush my tongue like this. My girlfriend loves to kiss me when my mouth is fresh. She also loves licking my tongue so I have to clean the surface really well. Now, I am going to put the small head of the toothbrush into my throat to clean my mouth thoroughly.
