Gianna has invited us to take a peek inside her mouth. The first thing I notice is the lipstick stain on her teeth and the coffee stain on her tongue. When Gianna opens up to show her upper teeth I notice some metal wires. She explains that she was in a riding accident and lost a tooth, so she now has to wear a permanent retainer. I point out the grey dulling of her bottom teeth & gumline. She shows off her small, poiny, veiny tongue.
