It's time for Talia to be punished once again. Kailey decides to her, but this time she denies Talia her first breaths by smothering her with a thick wet rag. Kailey places her French-pedicured foot on Talia's chest to prevent her from getting up. As she comes up out of the water, Kailey places the rag right on her face. Talia sputters, spits and coughs after Kailey removes the rag. Kailey pinches Talia's nose to make sure that she isn't getting even a half breath of oxygen.
