Mistress Minx is offering guidance to wayward young women. In this pilot episode Minx inspects the very compliant young Angela to see if she's fit to be a "Minx Girl". In the course of introducing her to the "smartening tools", Minx gives Angela a taste of her crop, slapper and paddle.
