I can’t believe I’m doing this again, it’s freezing, there was ice on the pool cover this morning. I’ve got my white stilettos on and my white top and I’m going to get in the pool for some cold therapy! Wish me luck! It’s so fucking cold, I’m waist deep but it’s so cold it hurts, I’m breathing deeply and trying to psych myself up to go under. I go up to my neck and then finally dunk myself under.
