Filmed in a beautiful pool in Bali, the water is so crystal clear you have the best view in the house. This was my first attempt at filming a breath holding video. I didn't do that well but I've learnt a lot from it. Since then I have brought a dive belt and weights so I can relax rather than struggling to keep myself down full of air!

Despite my bad attempt its still a cool video. I'm hoping to continue my breath holding training and of course I will film all my attempts so you guys can hopefully join me on my journey and watch me improve.
