Ash is in her cosy wetsuit, eager to get in the water for some open water swimming with Lucy. She was supposed to meet her down at the beach but can't find her anywhere. She wanders around calling her name and is just starting to get worried when she spots her face down in the sea!

Ash is in her cosy wetsuit, eager to get in the water for some open water swimming with Lucy. She was supposed to meet her down at the beach but can't find her anywhere. She wanders around calling her name and is just starting to get worried when she spots her face down in the sea!

She rushes to grab her being careful not to slip on the seaweed. She wades in to flip her over in the water and drag her out onto the shore. Glad of her CPR training she kicks into action immediately. First checking in her mouth before tilting her head back. Then she proceeds to make an air tight seal with her lips around her mouth to blow air into her lungs. Lucy's chest raises and falls with each breath. Ash then links her fingers together to complete the chest compressions.

Ash continues CPR for what feel like ages before freaking out and smashing onto Lucy's chest with both hands in a fit of panic. Alarmingly it brings Lucy back to consciousness with a jolt. She chokes up a mouth full of salty, sea water and splutters. Poor Lucy is confused and upset when she wakes up but overwhelmed by having Ash next to her side. They both hobble off the beach in their sexy wetsuits glad to have survived another day!
