I’ve offered to help with a community project, clearing rubbish from the river and taking water samples. I get my waders and long gloves ready but Karen calls me and distracts me! I end up reversing over my waders!! I hope they aren’t going to leak now! I reach the river and pull my waders on over my tights and put the long rubber gloves on. I slowly wade into the water, it’s cold and smelly and I’m worried that the waders are going to leak after my little accident. I'm going to be so angry if I get wet. I go in quite deep, up to my chest. Actually now this feels quite nice! I splash around...
