I pump my belly with air using a bicycle pump until I have a belch and involuntary farting. The air fills my stomach, I feel it inside me. Then I literally begin to burst from the inside - my stomach are stretched, I feel like a balloon that is about to explode. The air starts coming out on its own, with burps and farts.
