This is an intense and thrilling session of diaphragm training and breath control.

My partner begins by tightening a belt just below my sternum, creating a constriction that makes my breathing shallow. The belt is positioned carefully to ensure it doesn't slip down, maintaining the pressure right where it's most challenging.
